The North Myrtle Beach Woman’s Club celebrated their 50th Anniversary with a cocktail reception at the Surf Golf and Beach Club on May 14. Thirteen past presidents were in attendance as was the GFWC-SC President, Susanne Carswell and GFWC-SC past president, Norma England. Other dignitaries included Senator Greg Hembree, Horry County Councilwoman, Jenna Dukes, NMB Mayor, Marilyn Hatley and City Councilman, Jay Baldwin, Bubba Collins, Trey Skidmore and Fred Coyne. The highlight of the evening was the Senate Resolution from Senator Hembree recognizing the NMBWC for their 50 years of community service.
