The North Myrtle Beach Woman’s Club meets the 1st Tuesday of every month from September to May (excluding the months of June, July, and August) at the Surf Golf and Beach Club at 1701 Springland Lane, North Myrtle Beach. Dinner and meetings begin at 6:30 PM with a guest speaker and club business and committee reporting following.

Dinner costs are $28 per person and must be reserved to the Hospitality Chair the week before the meeting. Our membership is open to anyone. You may visit one of our meetings as a guest and join after attending three meetings. To reserve as a guest, visit the Contact Us page and use the membership email provided to request guest attendance. Please wait for confirmation on your request to attend.  Walk-ins are not permitted.  Payment is collected at the entrance reception table before the meeting begins. You will need to download and complete a membership application (below), and submit it to the club along with a $35.00 application fee after you have attended three meetings.

Our focus is to support local charities and grow as individuals and community leaders. Members are expected to participate at some level in our fundraising and service efforts as well as serving on three committees.

Annual dues are $55 and must be paid on or before July 1. Portions of your membership fee go to the State (GFWC-SC) and National GFWC with the remaining going to the club for operations and supplies.

Our charitable contributions are generated through our fundraising activities. Our three largest fundraisers are our “Domestic Violence Walk” in October, The Christmas Candlelight Tour of Homes in December, and our “Purses with Purpose Charity Event” in April. During the year we collect items such as canned goods, toiletries, clothing, school supplies, and newspapers that are needed by charitable organizations. We also sometimes volunteer our time and talents to these charities.

New officers are nominated and elected at the March meeting and installed at the April meeting. Officers serve two year terms.
